James Boyle
James has a wide knowledge of law and how it works in Ireland. His experience includes 32 years in practice, 12 of which was as State Solicitor/ Prosecutor for North West, Wicklow, and North Kildare areas (2001-2012).
Following this experience, he returned to his previous role as Defence Solicitor.
He has tutored in Family Law in the Law Society, he is a qualified collaborative lawyer having trained with the Resolution Formerly the Family Law Solicitors Association of the UK. He now advises on Corporate Regulation and Corporate Governance and ethics an area which has grown under recent Irish and EU legislation and the area of Public Law.
Ciarán Brannock
Ciarán qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and holds a BA (Hons) in Law and a Masters in Business Management. Ciarán specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing including purchases, sales and re-financing and acts on behalf of private individuals, commercial clients and property developers.
Ciarán also advises in relation to tax and estate planning, wills and administration of estates together with a range of company and commercial law issues.
